Boston: A tourist from Massachusetts is dead after he was struck by a Disney bus in the parking lot of a resort hotel at Walt Disney World, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
They said Robert M. Krueger, 69, of Yarmouthport, Mass., was hit by a Disney bus in the Port Orleans resort parking lot just before 6 p.m.
Troopers said Krueger, who was not in a pedestrian crosswalk, walked directly onto the path of an oncoming bus. Police said the 57 year old female bus driver was not drinking and it was unlikely any charges would be filed.
